Taj Pharma partners with qualified distributors across LATAM, Africa, Asia and CIS to deliver DEFRATAJ Deferasirox to patients in transfusion-dependent iron-overload programmes. We are actively appointing new distributor partners in selected markets.

What We Look for in a Distributor Partner #

  • Registered pharmaceutical import / wholesale licence in destination market
  • Established relationships with public-sector (MoH, social security) and / or specialist private channels (hematology centres, transfusion units)
  • In-country regulatory affairs capability or contracted RA partner
  • Compliant warehousing (temperature-controlled, validated) and secondary distribution logistics
  • Pharmacovigilance and complaint-handling capability
  • Commercial capacity for realistic market-building commitments

Distribution Models Available #

  • Exclusive distributor - one partner per market, tied to registration in Taj Pharma's name or in partner's name
  • Semi-exclusive distributor - two partners split by channel (public vs private) where that fits the market structure

Process to Become a Distributor #

  1. Submit the Distributor Application with company profile, licence copies, channel coverage and market assessment.
  2. Initial commercial and regulatory dialogue under CDA.
  3. Distribution Agreement signing, including exclusivity (if granted), term, MOQ and pricing.
  4. Registration / launch planning with clear milestones.
  5. Go-live with dedicated export coordinator.
