Supply & Market

Asia is a diverse pharmaceutical landscape - from ACTD-harmonised ASEAN markets through GCC countries to Central and South Asia. Transfusion-dependent thalassemia is particularly prevalent across South Asia and parts of the Middle East, making oral iron chelation a public-health priority. Taj Pharma supplies DEFRATAJ Deferasirox dispersible tablets into Asian markets through registered distributors and tender participation.

Asia supply is supported by short sea-freight transit times from our Mumbai/Nhava Sheva ports (typically 10-18 days to major ASEAN ports; 5-10 days to GCC). Safety-stock allocation enables rapid sample and bridging supply. Multilingual packaging includes English, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai, Arabic, Urdu and other scripts on request. Pricing is offered in USD and AED for GCC partners. Cold-chain is not required for DEFRATAJ (storage below 30 degrees C suffices).

Regulatory support spans ASEAN Common Technical Dossier (ACTD) format for Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, plus country-specific eCTD and paper-based submissions where applicable. GCC markets (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain) accept a Taj Pharma dossier with GCC-specific Module 1. Registration timelines range 9-24 months depending on authority. Our RA team supports Module 1 localisation, deficiency responses and post-approval variations through the product lifecycle.
